The JBF 30 for 30 series is 30 Chef short stories about James Beard or the James Beard Foundation. The episodes are played one a day for the 30 days leading up to the JBF award show in Chicago. These shorts where filmed in studios and each animated section were completed in two days in order to meet the dead line.
